Description:
Yet again we were invited to trade by Adey and the dubliminal crew, and we didn't have to think twice about it!!! We loaded up and set off in a convoy with the intension of stopping off for fish and chips in Matlock Bath, but just befoe going under the M1 my clutch cable snapped on the SAMBA (bugger).
But like all good dubbers I had a spare so with the help of Mark we fixed it at the side of the road and continued on for well deserved fish and chips. (lovely)
Once we got to the show we set up the new gazebo and kicked back. Alook around showed the show full as we have ever seen on a Friday and come next morning it was brimming over.
A great days trading was followed by a greats nights entertainment.
An overnight deluge of rain made the site sodden but Dubliminals got bails of hay on the road ways to help soak it up, our Josh helped out and loved it.
The auction was a great laugh Simon whipping the crowd up eventually raising £800 for us!!! Then while chilling out back at the gazebo Adey and Nev brought us £200 gate money to make it up to £1000 in total, what a great gesture from some great people.
To sum the weekend up, even with the soaking ground it was a top weekend that was full of laughter from start to finish (yep even the samba clutch cable LOL ) Its a must for next year and we cannot Thank the Dubliminal crew enough.
